1. Submission and Acceptance
The paper should be in a single column, giving the introduction, telephone number, email of the first author, and the corresponding author. The author should register and submit the manuscript via the submission system, and the journal will reply to the author within 5 working days. Do not repeat the operation when uploading the manuscript (it may give multiple numbers to the manuscript, causing inconvenience). For manuscripts that require a preliminary revision, please follow the revision suggestions given on the Internet (not in the email) and upload it as a revised manuscript (do not upload as new submissions). Manuscripts that have passed the preliminary review need to pay a review fee of 400 yuan via bank transfer. After the authors complete the transfer, they need to complete the "remittance registration" in "My Expense Management" on the author system. The editorial department will notify the authors of the review result within 2 months after receiving the review fee, otherwise, the authors have the right to process the article. When the author contacts the editorial department, please state the manuscript number. Whether the manuscript is accepted or not, the editorial department will timely inform the author. For manuscripts that need to be revised, the editorial department will convey the review comments and attach "recommendations" to the authors. When the authors upload the revised manuscript, they should attach a point-by-point explanation of the review comments for the next review.
2. Manuscript format and length
2.1 Research paper
Research papers should have significant academic value, complete experimental data, originality and creativity, full text with pictures, tables, references, and abstracts in Chinese and English, generally no more than 8,000 words.
2.2 Special research topic
Disciplinary leaders or well-known scholars systematically report their work and academic achievements in a certain research field.
2.3 Literature review and research progress
Comments and opinions on current research hotspots and cutting-edge issues in the field of safety and environment.
2.4 Academic report
Reports of academic development trends in related fields, reports by famous scholars, and information on academic activities.
3. Manuscript requirements
3.1 Title
The title should not exceed 20 characters. Titles should avoid the use of uncommon acronyms, acronyms, characters, codes, formulas, etc. In addition, if it is a series of essays and the semantic meaning of the title is not exhausted, subtitles can be used to supplement the specific content of the paper.
3.2 Abstract and keywords
The submitted manuscripts must be attached with necessary Chinese and English abstracts. The abstract does not use figures, tables, chemical structure formulas, non-known and public symbols and terminology, and does not quote references. The abstract should generally state the purpose of the research work, experimental (research) methods, results, and conclusions, etc. The Chinese abstract should not exceed 300 words. To strengthen international communication, the English abstract should be as detailed as possible (300 substantive words or more, or about 15 sentences), and the English abstract should reflect the substance of the manuscript. List 3 to 8 Chinese and English keywords. Try to use the standard words provided by the "Chinese Thesaurus" and other vocabularies for the Chinese keywords. The first keyword lists the name of the secondary subject of the main work or content of the thesis (limited to the two subjects of safety and environment).
3.3 Introduction
The introduction includes the significance of the research, the progress of previous studies, the entry point of this research and the key issues to be solved. It is necessary to evaluate important international and domestic documents. This journal encourages literature reviews (seeking truth from facts) to use "first time", "first time", "first time", "new theory", "lay the foundation for..." "establish...system", "establish ......Model", "Introduction of......ideas", "Proposing......concepts" and other evaluative symbolic words. This kind of commentary sentence should include three elements: year, author, and comment marker. The author must be an individual, not an organization. 3.4 Experiment description
The description of the experiment part should be as concise and clear as possible, but the experiment description should be sufficient to enable others to repeat it. Data reporting should pay attention to the number of significant digits and accuracy. The experiment part should first explain the model of the experiment instrument, the name of the manufacturer or company, the experiment conditions, and accuracy; the purity and purification methods of the materials and reagents used; the standard techniques and methods used; all the tests that have been reported, only need to be listed references. The precautions for the test should be indicated. The calculation program, source, computer model, and language used in the theoretical calculation shall be indicated.
3.5 Charting
Figures, tables, and photos should be as concise as possible. The drawings must be drawn on a computer or scanned and inserted into the manuscript. The experiment points must be accurate, the lines should be uniform, identifiable, and the virtual and the real should be distinguished, and the legend should be avoided as far as possible. The scanned photos must be clear in black and white, and the image must be clear in grayscale. The values derived from the same test data and after simple algebraic operations should not be included in the same table.
4 Data characterization
4.1 Variable, Unit and symbol
The symbol of variables specified in the new standard must be used. The new standard stipulates that the symbol of variables must use italic letters. For vectors and tensors, black italics should also be used. Except for pH, regular fonts should be used; the symbols of quantities are generally single Latin letters or Greek letters. Variable symbols cannot be used as pure numbers and chemical element symbols cannot be used as variable symbols. The legal unit of measurement in China is based on the International System of Units (SI) units and some non-SI units selected by China. On February 27, 1984, a series of national standards "variables and Units" GB 3100 ~ 3102 were issued, which are mandatory and basic standards that must be implemented by all walks of life in our country. The unit symbols are always in normal form.
4.2 Data in tables and figures
Figures and tables should be characterized by dimensionless pure numbers. Therefore, the coordinates of the graph and the columns of the table should be marked in one of the following ways: 1) 1) the ratio of variable symbol and unit symbol (e.g., t/℃); 2) dimensionless variable symbols (e.g., A); 3) mathematical functions of pure numbers (e.g., lg[ Ax /( A max － A x )]).
5 Citations and references
5.1 Citation
The citation of the references in the text should be consecutively coded in the order in which the cited documents appear, and the serial numbers are placed in square brackets. When citing multiple documents in the same place, the serial numbers of each document are listed in square brackets in ascending order, separated by commas; in case of consecutive serial numbers, the beginning and ending serial numbers should be connected with an en dash. Do not cite books and periodicals that are not published publicly, and do not cite documents that have not read the original text.
5.2 Reference
The format of the references in this journal adopts the sequential coding system according to GB/T 7714—2015 “Information and literature reference description rules”. For the papers published in this journal, the bibliographic content is published in English, and the Chinese bibliography cited in the manuscript must provide both Chinese and English bibliographic items.

The full text of the paper will be published online, and the Chinese and English abstracts will be provided by the editorial department to the editorial department of relevant abstract retrieval journals. The author’s copyright usage fee and the manuscript’s remuneration will be paid in one lump sum and will not be paid separately.
